Weathersfield Weekly Blog, March 14

The annual right of Spring has passed, yup the turning ahead of the clocks! Aahh that simple "Spring Forward" that always takes me weeks to adjust too. I think I'm on aboard with the "let's do Atlantic Standard Time year round" proponents. For our region it would mean daylight savings time year round. Many New England states are considering the change and here in Vermont, lawmakers are considering a resolution simply “demanding that Congress abolish daylight saving time” (which has only existed on the national level since 1966). It would mean the latest sunrise of the year would be around 8:15 a.m. and the sun would never set before 4:30 p.m. Sign me up!

Another Nor'easter!

The third one this month!

And the weather prognosticators are saying we have yet another one coming next Tuesday!
