West Windsor Vermont Voters Meet For Their Annual Town Meeting
West Windsor Vermont
March 4, 2014
The voters in the town of West Windsor gathered on a bitterly cold Tuesday morning to exercise their voting rights. In a town that still conducts its Annual Town Meeting by Voice Vote Only (no Australian ballot), Story Memorial Hall was jammed packed and cars lined the side of Brownsville/Hartland RD past the cemetery.
The standing room only crowd opened their meeting at 9 AM and honored one of their own.
Town Selectboard Member Glenn Seward thanked Michael "Mike" Spackman for his years of service to the Town. The 2014 Town Report was dedicated to him. Spackman has worked for the Town Highway Department for 30 years and has been a member of the West Windsor Volunteer Fire Department for 35 years.
