Special Olympics of Vermont 2014 Winter Games

Image
Special Olympics of Vermont 2014 Games Suicide Six Ski Area Pomfret, VT March 8 , 2014 The last seven years Special Olympics of Vermont SOVT has held its Winter Games in Woodstock Vermont. Even with the most athletes to compete in the games so far, the fit with Woodstock seems great. Photos by Nanci covered the snowshoeing and cross country skiing on Saturday and what a wonderful day it was. If you ever find yourself needing a "feel good" event, you should attend, or better still volunteer to help out with SOVT. I saw more hugs, tears of joy and high fives than I have at another other event I've attended. Competitions were fierce but everyone was a winner!
