Athletes from all around Vermont gathered in Woodstock/Pomfret this past weekend to compete in the Special Olympics Vermont Winter Games. This year saw one of the largest fields yet, with over 400 Olympians competing Saturday and Sunday in Alpine Skiing/Snowboarding, Snowshoeing and Cross-Country Skiing events.

Lots of athletes brought home the gold and even if they didn't everyone had a great time!
