Australian Ballot voting takes place TODAY Tuesday, March 3 at Martin Memorial Hall in Ascutney from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m.
There are a numbers of people who are requesting write-ins for open seats in town.

  • Town Moderator and School Moderator: John Broker-Campbell
  • School Board (1 Year Term): Mark Yuengling or Rhonda Fairbrother.
  • School Board (3 Year Term): Robin Tindall

If you have questions about voting please contact the Town Clerk's office 802-674-9500 or email them townclerk@weathersfield.org Monday-Wednesday 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and Thursday 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Am I Registered to vote:

There were new changes to Vermont Election Laws that went into effect on January 1, 2017. As of that date:
  • Eligible residents are able to register to vote on any day up to and including Election Day
  • Registration is available at the Town Clerk’s Office on any day prior to the election during normal business hours
  • Registration is available on Election Day during the hours the polls are open


NCCT Teens-GREASE

And speaking of getting out and about, I saw a terrific play at Lebanon Opera House this past weekend. The North Country Community Theatre  NCCT Teens performed GREASE and it ROCKED!

Winter Wild Run-Ascutney Trails at Ascutney Outdoors Brownsville, VT 6-9 p.m. The twisting, climbing old ski area adventure returns. This is what it's all about, a small VT ski area with 4 seasons of awesome to offer- stay for some food provided by the local general store. 9th Annual Town Team Challenge
Weathersfield Proctor Library Board of Trustees is hosting their 9th Annual Town Challenge on n Saturday, March 14 at the Weathersfield School in Ascutney beginning at 7 p.m. It's time to get your teams together.
