Saturday, the Sustainable Farmer in Windsor VT hosted a Gourmet Grilled Cheese Tasting Event that featured two local cheeses - Spring Brook Farm's Reading Raclette, and Cobb Hill's (Hartland VT) sweet and nutty Ascutney Mountain. These cheeses were paired with Blake Hill's Chutneys and Fox Hollow and Fox Meadow mustards. Folks were lining up to try these yummy free samples.
