The annual Thanksgiving Contra/Square Dance will be Friday, Nov. 29, (the day After Thanksgiving) starting at 7 p.m., donations at the door are suggested so that we can pay the caller/ band. Dudley Laufman will call. No experience is needed as dances steps are taught, called, and the atmosphere is relaxed. This dance is for all ages! Thanksgiving Weekend At Billings Farm
November 29  10:00 am - December 1  4:00 pm Discover how Thanksgiving was observed in the 1890 Farm House at the Billings Farm – preparations, menu, and entertainment. Holiday programs and activities; wagon rides (conditions permitting).

Low cost spay/neuter clinics in Springfield. Springfield Humane Society is hosting low cost spay/neuter clinics in 2019: Nov. 26 at the Springfield Humane Society, on Route 143. Cost is $50 for female cat and $40 for male cat. Weathersfield residents may be reimbursed up to $50for the surgery with a limit of three pets per year. Get your SNAP form from the town office.
