The NOCS rock Ridgefield Playhouse

Grace Potter and the Nocturnals rocked the house at the Ridgefield Playhouse, Ridgefield CT Sunday night September 12, 2010. The Nocturnals took the stage at 8:15 and got the crowd clapping. Catherine Popper, on bass, looked like an Egyptian Princess! The guys were in their usual suits but Scott Tournet was sporting a new haircut/style. Grace Potter walk on stage in leopard print wedge heels looking like a Greek Goddess; much to the delight of the fans in the Playhouse. They broke into "That Phone" and rocked 45 minutes ending the first set with "Tiny Light". After a 20 minute break, the Acoustic Trio-Potter, Scott Tournet and Benny Yurco returned to the stage for acoustic renditions of  "Ain't no Time" from their  album "This Is Somewhere" and "Treat Me Right" off the "Nothing But The Water" album. Burr and Popper re-joined the trio and the band kicked it in with "Fooling Myself". The band played until 10...

The Wolf Returns!!

Peter Wolf Tupelo Music Hall Londonderry NH September 25, 26, 2010 Peter Wolf, the legendary front man for the J. Geils Band returns to Tupelo Music Hall in Londonderry NH for two nights, Saturday September 25 and Sunday September 26 .  Tickets are on sale now!!! Get 'em quick, the last show sold out!!! Wolf is on the road with his band The Midnight Traveler's, Duke Levine-guitars, Jon Carroll-keys, Marty Richards-drums, Marty Ballou-bass, and Kevin Barry-guitars. Wolf and the J.Geils Band got rave reviews for their performance as the opening act for Aerosmith at Fenway Park in August. Got my tickets, do you have yours??? Now if we could just J.
