The event will be held at Hoisington Field (1879 Schoolhouse in Perkinsville on Route 106) parking lot on October 30, 2021 3-5 p.m. Vehicle set up opens at 2 p.m. Dress up, decorate your vehicle, brings the little ones for this fun, safe way to celebrate Halloween. The United States plans to allow foreign nationals who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to cross its land borders starting in November, President Joe Biden’s administration announced Tuesday .
