So how did you do in our April Fools snow storm, we got about two feet of heavy wet snow and lost power for about eight hours-so much fun. But Monday was Opening Day at Fenway Park so Spring and Summer must be right around the corner-right? Before the snow came my girlfriend in Windsor told me her dogs were already picking up ticks-great. So what's worse cold and snow or ticks and mud?

We're moving closer to the grand opening of Villagers at Downer's Four Corners and the return from Mud Season closing of the Inn at Weathersfield. Maybe Spring is really here.

Friday night I attended a benefit concert at the Briggs Opera House. Darlingside performed with proceeds going to The Rusty Berrings Skatepark in Lebanon NH. The show was a Yellow House Media and Kirschner Concerts production.

Saturday, April Fools Day, I went to Northampton MA to the Iron Horse to see Chuck Prophet, the Bottle Rockets opened the show. They don't like photography during the shows so I only used my cell phone discretely. Photos and video clips are posted here.

Sunday I went to a house concert in Manchester, Vt.. Billsville House Concerts brought back Anais Mitchell who was joined by Michael Chorney. The show was opened by Reed Foehl.
